After obtaining a Master in Applied Electronics Engineering from University of Padua, Mario Zecchin worked as development engineer for Micromotori Elettrici Svizzera SA, Stabio, responsible for automotive headlamp actuators, followed by holding a position as scientific mechatronics staff at Scuola Universitaria Professionale della Svizzera Italiana (SUPSI), collaborating with Swiss industries for innovative projects. Zecchin joined FAULHABER MINIMOTOR SA in 2007 as product manager motion control and since 2013 he works as senior sales engineer.

Volker Sprenger holds a degree in mechanical engineering and completed his education in 2016 with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville, Kentucky. After holding positions as a sales engineer, sales manager and managing director of foreign subsidiaries at medium-sized technology leaders in the field of high-precision servo drive systems, Mr. Sprenger now heads the sales region Germany at FAULHABER. In addition to his experience in operational and strategic sales, he brings his knowledge of planetary gearheads, special gearheads and complete electromechanical drive systems to FAULHABER.
